Last week, the inclusive studio “Source of Inspiration” for the first time performed a solo large-scale light show, which has no analogues in Vladikavkaz. It was attended by children who study in the studio, as well as famous Ossetian vocalists, invited guests and volunteers. The show had the symbolic title “Creation of the World”.
In the modern world where time is becoming a key factor in the human society, the constant shortage of which is felt very acutely: people are constantly in a hurry somewhere, from work to their favorite TV show, trying to get out of daily routine as soon as possible in order to get to the store before closing, or to put their children to bed or to walk with the dog etc., in a word, they are trying to do everything in time and as quickly as possible in order to find a new task for themselves and immediately begin to fulfill it. In the daily race, there is no time to even stop and think about what is really happening in life now, where is it going? Why does the world and everything in it exist? What is the role of man on earth? What am I living for? What is my goal? What are these people around me for? Why is the world created like that? What is my place in it? These are just a few of the questions, the answers to which we certainly would like to know. And most importantly, we have access to the answers to all these questions through our faith in God! We have a wonderful source, which contains inexhaustible wisdom, divine light and eternal love, a real source of inspiration!
Albina and Dmitry Chochuevs, a family of passionate ministers from Vladikavkaz who love the Lord with all their hearts, called their inclusive creative studio for children “Source of Inspiration”. On their way to God, the spouses went through many difficulties, one of which was their move to Vladikavkaz from Samara, where they had previously served, from a beautiful prosperous region with a rich spiritual life to the distant Caucasian republic, overwhelmed with polytheism and many social problems. The Source of Inspiration studio was opened in 2019, and soon its activities began got wonderful fruits: children, who were joked and laughed at, turned into real little suns that shine for everyone, warming them with their smiles!
In her studio, Albina works with different children, including children with special needs. During classes, children learn not only vocal, dance and acting – first of all, they learn to interact with each other, help, communicate, make friends, despite the their differences. “Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called children of God” (1 John 3: 1). Support, compassion, care and attention from peers are essential for children with special needs. There is a place for everyone in the “Source”, Albina and her team are glad to every new child, they are ready to guide and support the children in their creative development, in the development of their personal qualities and, of course, on the way to God. And children with special needs are no exception: “But Jesus said, Suffer the little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for to such belongeth the kingdom of heaven. “ (Matthew 19:14). The purpose of this important ministry is to tell children, and through children to their parents, about the Lord, share His love, teach to trust Christ, believe in yourself, reach new heights, find a spiritual family, God’s home, which they are always welcomed.
In addition, the “Source of Inspiration” makes it possible to better understand the needs of people, learn to love them as they are, learn to take care of them. After all, all people, without exception, are children of God: babies, adults, ordinary people and those who has special needs. We all are brothers and sisters! We are all united by the fact that the Lord is our Father. “But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, (even) to them that believe on his name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” (John 1: 12-13). It is good when a person has many talents, but it is even better when he is a God’s servant with a heart of gold and golden hands! Besides the theater and filming a series of short videos “Team of Angels”, in which children and their parents practice acting, showing difficult life situations and a Christian approach to solving them, calling people to be more attentive and kind, Albina also sews costumes for her little artists. Hundreds of chaotically scattered ribbons, buttons, patches, fasteners, rhinestones, sequins, light diods and much more acquire a shape in her skillful hands. Albina admits, that she did not know how to sew at all, but when she plunged into the ministry with all her soul, the Lord revealed how to sew, what to sew, revealed that very source of inspiration.

The show bore the symbolic name “Creation of the World” and told young viewers and their parents biblical passages from the Book of Genesis about how the Lord created the world and everything in it. The purpose of the performance was to acquaint children and adults with the truths of the Holy Scriptures, as well as to invite them to come to the studio. Sepcifically for the performance, Albina prepared magnificent scenery and several sets of costumes for different parts of the show, each of them is a real work of art, shining in the dark with all the colors of the rainbow. When there were only a few days left before the concert, everyone was very excited, daily rehearsals, advertisements, banners, invitations, equipment. Thanks to everyone who got involved and helped raise the missing funds.
