Moscow Theological Seminary of the United Methodist Church finished our two-week summer session. What a blessed and powerful experience. United Methodists are very scrupulous about prison ministry. Because criminals within the correctional facilities are often sentenced according to secular laws. Therefore, the mission of the church prison ministry is to use the opportunity to share Christ with the “astray souls”. St. Luke’s is heading back to Russia – twice in 2016 – to share God’s love and bring hope to the world!
