The North-West of Russia UMC Annual Conference Council met in Saint-Petersburg. The Council addressed issues concerning preparation and leading of the AC that will be hold in May. As usual, the work atmosphere was created through reflection over verses from the Scripture: Esther 3:13 – 4:17.
