MusLab (musical laboratory) is the time and the opportunity for
• The musical creativity
• Worship God through your music and songs
• The achievement of your potential
• The development of musical skills for worship
• Getting new knowledge in music
• Communication with brothers and sisters – musicians from different parts of Eurasia.
Worship members and songs writers from Bishkek, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Satka, Saint-Petersburg, Uzhgorog and Tallinn gathered together in Moscow at the end of November, 2015.
.
At first Project MusLab started in Saint Petersburg in 2012 – then young musicians released the album, a part of this album was the new songs, written by brothers and sisters from United Methodist churches, the other part was popular christian songs in new arrangements.
That time more songs writers and performers took part in the project. They created, sang the songs, and made arrangements – the result was the whole album of new songs, which were written by young methodists from Eurasia. It was unexpectedly inspiring and blessed time.
.
During the preparation they recorded their songs on the dictaphones, mobile phones and sent the songs to organizers of MusLab. Organizers were thinking about the arrangements, because there were only three days for recording songs in the studio!
Organizers and participants were ready to give their time and finances, to bring new phase of this project into life.

………………….
Despite some difficulties, such as different types of music, the level of musical education and the lack of experience in recording and writing songs, it was obvious, that God’s spirit gave strength, helped participants to agree, find compromises, in order to the songs could reproduce the feelings, how the songs writers worshiped God in their creative work.
Besides the recorded disk, the important part of the project was inspiring all participants to continue their creative work and achievement of the new level in God’s praise.
.
We believe that the new disk will bring joy and boldness into the hearts of young methodists.
In future we believe that more number of people can take part and bring their talents in MusLab of United Methodist Church.
Special thanks and wishes to continue creative work and achieve new levels in God’s praise to brothers- organizers – Eugene Li (Moscow), Charlie Chastain (Tallinn) and Fedor Kim (Moscow).

.
MusLab 2015 showed again how many talented and calling people are in UMC of Eurasia.
It is possible that you are one of them!
